These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [TO BE COMPLETED: operating legal entity] ("Six Star Bet," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of the Six Star Bet prelaunch waitlist at sixstarbet.com and related pages, features, and communications (the "Waitlist"). By accessing the Waitlist, completing any step, or connecting a wallet, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Waitlist.
The Waitlist is a promotional, prelaunch sign-up for an upcoming entertainment platform. It is not a gambling product. Nothing on it accepts real-money wagers, pays winnings, or allows deposits or withdrawals of money or cryptocurrency.
As you complete steps you may earn promotional "credits." These credits are loyalty/priority points only. They:
Any future real-money platform will operate under its own separate terms, which you will review and accept then. Participation does not guarantee access to any future platform.
To use the Waitlist you represent and warrant that you: (1) are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher; (2) are not located, resident in, or accessing from a Restricted Jurisdiction (Section 4); (3) are not on any sanctions list; and (4) will comply with all laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for knowing whether accessing this promotion is lawful where you are, and for your own tax and legal obligations.
The Waitlist is not offered to anyone located, resident in, or accessing from: the United States and its territories; the United Kingdom; any region under comprehensive OFAC sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions); and any jurisdiction where participation is unlawful. We may use IP geolocation and Cloudflare to restrict access, and may remove anyone we reasonably believe is in a Restricted Jurisdiction. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass this is a breach.
Steps ask you to provide or connect an email address, an X (Twitter) handle, a Telegram account, and a cryptocurrency wallet (with a signature). Everything you provide must be accurate, current, and yours; do not impersonate anyone. Providing false information may cost you your credits and your place. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
We run the Waitlist at our discretion. To the extent permitted by law we may, at any time and without liability, change the steps, rewards, credit values, tiers, or rules, correct errors, and suspend, pause, or end the promotion. Because credits have no cash value, changes or termination do not entitle you to compensation.
Connecting a wallet and signing the verification message proves control of an address. We never take custody of your funds, and we never ask for — and you must never share — your seed phrase, private keys, or passwords. The signature is an off-chain message signature used only to verify ownership; it authorizes no transaction, transfer, or spend. You are responsible for your own wallet's security.
You agree not to: create multiple or fake accounts or use bots to complete steps or inflate credits; manipulate referrals or engage in collusion, self-referral, or sybil abuse; access from or disguise a Restricted Jurisdiction; probe or breach site security; scrape or reverse-engineer beyond what the law allows; or use the Waitlist for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. We may remove credits and ban participants.
The Six Star Bet name, brand, logos, artwork, copy, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Waitlist for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. The brand is an original creative work and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party game, film, or franchise.
The Waitlist relies on and links to third-party services (e.g. X/Twitter, Telegram, wallet providers). We do not control and are not responsible for them or their terms and privacy practices.
The Waitlist is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any credits, tiers, rewards, or future access will be provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Star Bet and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, crypto assets, or opportunity. Because credits have no monetary value, our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed USD 100 [TO BE COMPLETED: confirm liability cap] or the minimum the law requires if higher.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Star Bet from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Waitlist, or violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or to protect the promotion or other participants. You may stop using the Waitlist and request deletion at any time. Sections 2, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by a reasonable method. Continuing to use the Waitlist after changes take effect means you accept them.
